Tourist agency OlyRent (hereinafter: the Agency) provides accommodation rental brokerage services in the name and on behalf of the property owner (hereinafter: the Landlord). These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Accommodation Reservation Agreement between the Agency and the service user (hereinafter: the Guest).
Reservation Confirmation: The reservation is considered valid only after the Guest pays an advance of 30% of the total accommodation price.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 70% of the price must be settled by the Guest according to the instructions in the reservation confirmation (by paying the Agency before arrival or in cash to the Landlord on the day of arrival).
Transaction Costs: All bank charges for the advance payment are borne by the Guest.
Collection: The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
Payment Obligation: The Guest is obliged to pay the tourist tax to the Landlord on the spot, in cash, according to the valid legal tariffs of the Republic of Croatia.
In case the Guest wants to cancel the reservation, the following conditions of the OlyRent agency apply:
Cancellation 30 or more days before arrival: The Guest is entitled to a full refund, minus bank transfer costs.
Cancellation within 30 days before arrival: The OlyRent agency retains the paid advance (30% of the total amount) to cover the reservation costs and the loss of the period for the Landlord.
No-show: If the Guest does not appear at the property without prior written notice, the full amount of the reservation is charged.
Check-in: The Guest is obliged to possess valid travel documents and cooperate with the Landlord for registration in the eVisitor system.
House Rules: The Guest is obliged to observe the house rules of the property. In case of breach of peace or overcapacity (more persons than registered), the Landlord has the right to terminate the service without a refund.
Damage: The Guest is obliged to compensate the Landlord on the spot for any damage caused to the property by the Guest's fault.
The Guest is obliged to report any perceived deficiencies immediately on the day of arrival to the Landlord or the Agency via e-mail. The OlyRent agency will only consider written and fully documented complaints received no later than 8 days after the end of the provided service. The Agency will not accept subsequent complaints after the end of the stay.
The OlyRent agency collects only essential data about the Guest (name, surname, document data) exclusively for the purpose of realizing the reservation and the legal registration of the stay, and keeps them in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
By paying the advance, the Guest fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the court with jurisdiction is the one according to the Agency's headquarters.
